Where we ship?

We ship local and internationally!

Local orders: 1 - 3 business days
International orders: around 14 business days

The customer is responsible for international customs and duties when applicable.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days subject to availability.
You will get a confirmation email for completed order and a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

What is the shipping cost?

Free standard local shipping will be applicable with spending for HK$1500 or above.

Local order via SF: Freight payable on delivery
International Shipping via UPS: Freight payable on delivery

Our return policy

​

If your product is unopened and within 30 days of purchase (including shipping time), you are welcome to receive a full refund of the product or exchange.

If your product has been opened or it has been more than 30 days since purchase, no refund or exchange is applicable.

If you would like to ship the product back to us, start your return by emailing info@mng-intl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will response your request as soon as possible.
